Massachusetts Pistol License Course - Often copied, never equaled! This course has just been updated and has received Massachusetts certification #LTC-035. It's a very comprehensive 1 day course with topics including firearm laws, self-defense, threat disengagement, nonlethal options, suicide awareness, safe gun handling, proper operation, shooting fundamentals, live fire on a range, etc., taught by an experienced team of certified Instructors. The curriculum was written by McDermott & Company, and we have licensed a limited number of other Instructors and Firearm Schools to use this proprietary course. Connecticut Pistol Permit Course - This is an update of our previously approved Connecticut course, borrowing many of its topics from our Massachusetts course noted above, while substituting a presentation on Connecticut Public Act 23-53 in lieu of Massachusetts requirements. Utah Concealed Firearm Permit Course – This course is unique to Utah and qualifies you to apply for their Concealed Firearm Permit which is honored by approximately 30 states (many in common with the Florida license). Utah permit fees are very reasonable, and renewals can be completed online.
Multi-License Firearm Course – This unique course is our proprietary compilation of the Massachusetts Pistol License Course and the Connecticut Pistol Permit Course. Since the firearm operation and fundamentals sections of our Massachusetts and Connecticut courses are virtually identical, the courses can be presented in a single, day-long course also qualifies you to apply in several other states including Maine, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Florida, Virginia, etc. We own the U.S. Copyright of this course.
Massachusetts Concealed Carry I - This course is intended to be the next level for individuals who have completed a licensing course, received their home state license, purchased their own handgun and holster, and desire to carry a handgun for personal protection. The course includes a classroom session covering principles of concealment, mental preparation, techniques for avoiding confrontation, optional non-lethal alternatives, etc. Hands-on drills include drawing from a holster, reloading, clearing stoppages and a variety of live fire exercises.
NRA Courses – NRA Basic Pistol is a benchmark course for licensing in many states. When conducted by a Massachusetts Certified Instructor it meets requirements to apply for an FID or LTC. Other states recognizing his course include Connecticut and Florida because it includes live fire.
The NRA Home Firearm Safety Course is a classroom-only course that meets requirements to apply for an FID or LTC. It's a family friendly course that teaches safe and responsible firearm ownership
